Superb Denbac Art Nouveau / Art Deco Liquor Set Lovely Condition

  
SUPERB DENBAC ART NOUVEAU / ART DECO LIQUOR SET. This is a lovely Denbac stoneware Art Nouveau / Art Deco (this looks to be a transitional piece) liquor set made at Rene Denert's Denbac factory, Vierzon France which dates, I would guess, to post WWI to the 1920's. Comprising a decanter and stopper, eight small mugs, on a rectangular clipped corner tray, it's decorated in a lovely streaked blue green glaze. The base has painted factory marks to tray and decanter - see photographs and details.

It measures Tray: 9 3/4 (25cm) L x 7 1/2 (19cm) W (the rest pro rata) approx; and is in excellent condition with no defect to report, although the stopper has its cork replaced - see photographs and details. This is a wonderful, rare piece of period Denbac pottery which is in great condition and with a low start price should get considerable interest from all collectors. THERE IS NO RESERVE ON THIS SALE. Almost everything I sell is in the condition I have bought it, unless otherwise stated, (I have learnt to my cost in the past not to tamper with an item), and therefore I have neither had items repaired nor restored.
