Loetz Titania Genre 2534 Silvered Art Nouveau Vase circa 1905

A Magnificent early 20th Century Austrian Titania'blau mit grun - genre 2534' Art Nouveau blue and green glass vase of trumpet form by Johann Loetz overlaid with an Art Nouveau silver geometric decoration and everted neck with slivered rim. The La Pierre Manufacturing Company used special marks.

It was established by Frank H. La Pierre in 1885, and headquartered at 18 East 14th Street, NY. It relocated its offices to Newark, NJ before its incorporation in 1895. Their special marks appear on their silver overlay item such as hollowware and prestigious glass items that were worked on for the Loetz Witwe Glass Company. 33 cm High, 17 cm Diam.
