For international buyers seeking these distinctive tiles salvaged from historical structures, I assure you a seamless journey to your doorstep - swift, secure, and remarkably affordable. This particular lot is a treasure trove comprising many tiles, all originating from the renowned Alfred Meakin Ltd.
Specializing in high-quality relief-molded Art Nouveau tiles, this factory operated from 1900 to 1907, setting itself apart with designs that surpassed their British contemporaries in quality and finesse. Alfred Meakin's legacy continued briefly under his son, Alfred James Meakin, until his untimely passing in 1908, after which the factory was acquired by H&R Johnsons. To make it even more accessible for you, these tiles are now available in panels. Each panel consists of 8 tiles, comprising 2 bullnose and 6 patterned tiles.
So dimention of each panel is Height 21 inches and length 12 inches. This provides you with creative freedom while making it easier to plan your design. The condition of these tiles is very fine, with only minor, expected edge chips that I mention for thoroughness.
Rest assured, these tiles will radiate splendor and captivate your visitors, narrating tales of a bygone era with every intricate detail.
