Art Nouveau Deco Vase Green antique vintage
Offered for sale is an Art Nouveau or Deco or Arts Crafts glass vase set within a decorative metal stand. I owned this vase for 25 years and have not seen anything like it. You are welcome to do a google image search. Style: Art Nouveau design, characterized by organic forms and architectural shapes. Materials: Features a green glass vessel, often described as opaline or art glass, held by a metal (bronze or brass) stand. Similar Items: Such designs were popularized by makers like Teco or Kralik in the early 20th century. Has a feel of a Vienna Arts and Crafts movement piece. Wiener Werkstätte (Vienna Workshops), founded in 1903 by Josef Hoffmann, Koloman Moser, etc.
