Very rare, highly collectible item, an example on early eosin experiments! Nude flute player girl designed by Illés Lászlóné.

Drascher made only very few experiment with eosin glaze. Somehow it did not succeed wery well. Some purple eosin figures can be found from Drasche, but I have never seen another green eosin from this factory.

No stamp, no mark, but small grey paint patches on the bottom are the traces of the Drasche stamp. Certainly the stamp seriously damaged under the second (eosin) fireing process. Condition is perfect, but from a closer look you can see small dots, light scratches where the glaze did not fit perfectly.

Most of them are on the backside, s. Ee examples on the last photo. Eosin is a difficult technology and Drasche could not make it very well, this is the reason why they did not start producing. As usual there is no glaze on the bottom, where the figurine touched the ground of the owen. Still there is a chance that this figurine's eosin firing process made in Zsolnay factory, because there are no similar examples and no sources can found. Color: more gold, less green. Height: 3-1/2 inch = 9 cms.
