Archibald Knox had a hand in co-designing some such pieces for Murrle Bennett, but there is no established documentation to support exactly which pieces he designed and which he inspired. The bracelet has factory stamps to the rear of the large central link and to the interior of the clasp. The clasp is operated by placing your thumbnail into the slot of the little knob and then pulling the opposite end (the section with the enamel on it) away.
Includes the original safety chain. Provided with a generic, though period, jewellery box for safe storage. The bracelet is approx 6cm internal diameter with the clasp closed. It just fits around my wrist which is 21cm around. Condition : In generally excellent overall condition overall with no damage to the enamel other than a few very minor scratches here and there. The clasp works fine and the factory marks are nice and clear.
It has not been polished, rather retaining it's original accumulated patina. Photographs are of the actual item for sale.
The 20p coin is a size guide. Bracelet weight is approx 18.1g. Will be despatched safely in a box and usually within 24 hours.
