Antique Loetz Iridescent Crete Green Vase Art Nouveau 1899

  

Antique art glass vase made by Loetz in 1899. Green glass the company deemed "Crete" with iridescent finish that flashes purple, blue, yellow and green. It has an organic shape to it, the base is a rounded square shape with dimpled intentions on all four sides.

Throughout the vase there are little spots where the gooves in the surface make little swirls that really make this vase a piece of art. This vase is absolutely ethereal! The vase measures 5 3/4" tall and 3 1/4" wide.
