An antique Art Nouveau solid sterling silver and enamel brooch by Marples & Beasley, the brooch is of winged shield form. The cast silver body with three panels of turquoise blue and green guilloche enamel. The back with a hinged pin and fastener which is in good working order.

This rare and desirable enamel brooch is made of thick gauge silver and to a very high standard. Would make a great present or addition to any collection.

With Clear hallmarks for Birmingham assay office, date letter K for 1909 and maker Marples & Beasley. In Excellent condition with no chips cracks scratches damage or repair to the enamel and no dents scratches damage or repair to the silver.
