Up for sale is this antique 1909 copy of, The Green Fairy Book. The book is overall in good condition with some minor signs of wear and age. The covers have some mild soiling and wear with a little wear to the cloth at the extremities of the spine, some light corner wear, and a very small hole to the spine's cloth near the front joint.

All of the page edges are gold gilt. The ffep has been removed and there is a bookplate adhered to the front paste down.

There are some minor interior cracks to the binding, but the binding of the book is still good and sound. The frontispiece protective tissue guard has been excised.

The interior is lightly toned from age but is fairly clean with the occasional light grubby mark or minor spot of soiling. Along with that there may be the very occasional page with some kind of other minor imperfection such as a creased page corner, tiny chip or tear, minor interior crack, etc. Generally though, it's a good copy. The book is profusely illustrated with some nice Art Nouveau styled black and white illustrations. Please look at all of the photos to further note the condition.
