Antique 1900 LOETZ Iridescent Oil Spot Papillion Glass Bowl Art Nouveau Bohemian. Here we have a beautiful antique. Attern bowl made by Loetz Glass, founded in 1858. This crimped-rim green-glass bowl has floral art nouveau overtones and a shimmering oil-spot. Surface which when held to light and moved around, changes colors adding iridescent violet and indigo highlights, like oil in the water. Fine art glass expressing the vitality and creativity of a most exciting time in the decorative arts. No chips, gouges, cracks or repairs.
