For sale today we have this Stunning and Rare Wm Moorcroft Centrepiece Bowl. Of pedestal form, the bowl section features two very well executed bands of various coloured Pansy blooms along with their Verdant Green foliage, one to the inner well and one to the exterior. These bands are set against the desirable and rare Celadon Green ground. The planished Silver plated stand has been engraved with the following "Presented by George J Kemble, Wool club golf tournament, Oct 4th 1917, Won by John S Sutphen".
Indicating that this was given as a prize for a golf tournament. Measures 8" in diameter x 5" tall. This stunning piece is in excellent condition and has no chips, cracks or repairs.
