Heading : A very tal galle cameo glass vase Date : c1910 Origin : Nancy, France Colour : Pale amber base, white, green and hydrangea blue cameo Bowl : Tapered bulb. Signed Galle Pontil : Polished Glass Type : Lead Size : 44.5cm tall (about 17 1/2 inches).

Condition : Excellent, no chips or cracks Restoration : None. This is a most striking cameo vase.

The flower blooms are on a natural scale. This was produced between 1904 and the outbreak of the first world war in 1914. The factory remained closed until 1919. This is a remarkable size and makes a decorative statement.
