Saint Louis ST LOUIS French Art Nouveau GREEN GLASS OVERLAY Acid-Etched VASE
Made in France - circa 1915... Beautifully designed flared rim with vasiform body with acid-cut back patterned ground on the vase in a leaf design with green colored glass overlay decorate the top, leaf and floral design on one side of vase and base area of vase.. All have the gilt highlights..
This rare Vase stands approximately 8 inches tall with a 3.5 inch base diameter and a 2.25 inch outer band diameter - 1.5 inch inner diameter opening.. Light signs of previous use should be expected consistent with age and previous ownership- free of chips, cracks, nicks or restoration, hairlines or fleabites... Mint Condition with slight loss of gilding to lip and base and possible as well as other signs of wear consistent with age and use.. Any imperfections seem to be craft related - I see one color dot on the glass (picture #4).
Pictures were taken indoors and outdoors with assorted backgrounds... Just re-package in its original packaging materials, box and insured (or similar in size).. The items I sell are vintage, antique pieces and have been previously owned - these are not new store bought items... I also do my best to give detailed information on the vintage items. Keep in mind they are vintage (old) and will have flaws.If item is damaged, SAVE ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS and BOX for photo taking.. Will need to send me all pictures to start the claim..
