Super easy vase by Fanny Sayers who was at Doulton Lambeth between 1903/10. The vase has a beautiful, usual shape. So far only found one similarly shaped. I think it must be quite difficult to design such a wide bulbous shoulders then make such a small lipped rolled lipped entrance.

Both the curve and the colours are very attractive to the eye. The blue is iridescent in nature.

The green is mottled with the sandy coloured background. The tubular lines are picked out with the sandy colour and the leaves are picked out with touches of darker blue from the iridescent sort of blue. The are two alternating patterns.

I have only managed to find one of the same shape on the internet. Please look at all the photos as it appears different under different lighting arrangements. It will be posted in a sturdy box with plenty of bubble wrap and polychips. It will be a medium sized parcel.
