Pair of Antique Circa 1890 Art Nouveau Cast Spelter Bust "Judith" & "Salome" Signed Franz Iffland. Two Art Nouveau style cast spelter busts titled. These lovely sculptures have a wonderfully worn patina.

Paris to the verso, Parts of them such as hair and pedestal are finished in green while the torso is a pink metallic color. Iffland created portrait busts and bronze figurines mainly mythological or genre-like content.

He participated in the exhibitions of the Royal Academy of Arts in 1886, 1888, 1890 and 1892. In 1893 he was represented in the Great Art Exhibition in Berlin. This is a rare art décor item that is in wonderful condition with wonderful artistic detail and fine casting in the depiction of "Seasonal Maidens" set in a great Art Nouveau theme.
