This desk is sublime, the timber patina is to die for, in the right light it looks simply golden, the green leather writing surface is hide leather not skiver, as mentioned its gold leaf tooled around the edges which give it a very Regal look and feel. The desk doesnt have a middle drawer and is wider than normal so you have plenty of leg room and you can properly tuck your captains chair under when not in use, most desks have such a narrow knee hole that the chair only sits in as far as the chair arms. We have cleaned waxed and polished it from top to bottom, there will be some normal age related patina marks from honest use, mostly its in fine order. The desk splits into three easy to transport pieces. Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point, if you would like any additional or specific measurements please ask.
