Curtain Antique French Art Nouveau fabric green & khaki floral drape with rings

  

Hello and thank you for looking. This gorgeous fabric is printed on both sides , intended to be used as furnishing fabric. (photograph 8 shows the back) The selvages are present on this stunning panel this panel is constructed using 2 lengths of the wonderful fabric and they are machine stitched together down the middle This fabric is a heavy weight, 100% cotton fabric with a gentle ribbed weave. This panel would have hung from a corona at the top of a bed and has been seamed with a linen tape and beautiful tiny rings on one side. The fabric is gathered slightly at the top and if one wanted to use this fabric as upholstery fabric, it would be simple to just cut the top trim off and open the panel out the bottom is hand stitched with a hem.

The design is glorious, and the colors include: moss/khaki greens , sienna , off-white, wonderful caramel. Ideal for hanging , upholstery, pillows window treatments etc (panel 14).

This panel measures 59 inches wide at the bottom, and 85 inches long. At the top, where it is slightly gathered, it measures 49 inches wide. CONDITION : This textile is in as found condition and not freshly laundered. There is very light storage dust and some very pale foxing marks (very pale cloudy marks) in places only pale!
