Beautiful & Unique Antique hand painted Cider Pitcher'' also great for lemonade & tea. It has a lovely mix of Sage Green and a LUSH Gold ornate motif, with a raised or embossed detailing all through out the gold gilt enamel work, white floral design around the under side.. This has the luxurious Gold handle and paneled shape to the pitcher.

Amazing example from the Art Nouveau / Victorian style. The second mark is for "White's Art Co Hand painted, Chicago". This piece would date to ca. 5-1/2" tall by 4-3/4" wide top rim.

It is about 7" wide at widest area near bottom, by 9-1/2" long with spout/handle. Capacity: I filled it about 1/2 from the top rim and it held 64 ounces or (8 cups). I would probably put a little less in though for easier use. This is a beautiful collectible and rare piece, it is in good condition with no chips or cracks.

I do not see any noticeable or unsightly wear to the painted design, no stains or scratches either. It looks like as good as it gets for 100 years old : This is a highly collectible piece, with a great motif, and in excellent condition.
