26 tall, not including the chain and ceiling canopy / mount. 39" of chain, plus the ceiling canopy is 3" deep / tall including the hanging loop. So, the length is quite versatile, as you just need to remove (or swag) the chain links you don't need for the length you desire. The total height can be up to 68" if you have a high ceiling, or as short as 30" if you remove most of the chain.
