UNIQUE ANTIQUE 14k Gold Art Deco Carved Filigree Green Jade Jadeite Necklace 16! A very fine Art Deco 14K yellow gold necklace of filigree links and carved jadeite four round and smaller and in the center large oval plaque of jadeite carved in a floral and bird pattern. The workmanship of the filigree is superior, with finely detailed on nearly all the surfaces. The use of yellow gold in filigree jewelry of the period is quite unusual, but is very attractive. The jade plaques nicely carved in a traditional floral pattern.
The stones are medium-textured, and moderately mottled from very saturated green to a light slightly grayish-green. There are no signs of dye.
Total weight is 23.5 g! Length : 300 mm , 16 inches The necklace middle stone measurement 47mm x 25mm, and the size of the smallest four round stones is the same : 16.7mm x 16.7 mm each.
